Early Entitlement

Access to Early Entitlement takes place the term after your child’s 3rd birthday.

• Children who have their 3rd birthday between 1 September 2020 and 7 January 2021 are eligible from (Spring term) January 2024 until the end of the school term July 2024.  Applications open 13th November 2023.
• Children who have their 3rd birthday between 8th January 2024 –22nd March 2024 are eligible from the (Summer term) April 2024 until the end of the school term July 2024. Application date not yet available.
• Children who have their 3rd birthday in the Summer Term are NOT eligible through this scheme.
• Applications can be made here

Nursery and Reception Places

The application window for applying for Nursery and Reception places will be available on the Point of Ayr Federation website. Messages will be sent out to current Nursery families via seesaw.

In Year Transfers

Should you wish to transfer to either Ysgol Gronant or Ysgol Trelogan during the school year this can be done by speaking to the school office and completing the application process here.
